They provide excellent customer service to everyone who visits or calls the library, thanks to their deep familiarity with library procedures and services. This position is an excellent fit for someone who enjoys variety and problem-solving in a customer-focused environment and is interested in developing skills in customer service, technology support, cash handling, library systems and organization, and collaborative teamwork.
