For the first week of October, The Coast to Coast Murders by James Patterson is hidden somewhere in Washington County.
For Washington County’s first book quest
The hunt must take you farthest west
To the smallest city, by a lake
Find me first and I’m yours to take!
This book was found at Sunset Park in Landfall!
During the week of October 12, look for A Burning by Megha Majumdar.
Week two's hunt is a little hairy;
A good place to start is at the library!
Travel to Mr. Pearson's town
Find colorful flowers above the ground.
This book was found at Village Hair Care in Lake Elmo!
During the week of October 19, look for The Splendid and the Vile by Erik Larson.
This week you must head Northbound
To a city that's as good as it sounds.
Check out the downtown while you're there
But stay alert for signs of a bear!
To help you, here's another hint
Keep an eye out for a big paw print
Near Lakeside Park, and Houle's Mill too
While there, stop in, and grab a brew.
This book was found at Kodiak Coffee in Forest Lake!
During the week of October 27, look for The Great Alone by Kristin Hannah.
This week for our final book
You must travel to the south to look.
Find an alley that is lots of fun
Near number 10 (or 61).
