Washington County Library cardholders are used to presenting their library card to borrow a variety of great materials, but now they can show their library card at several Washington County businesses to get special deals and discounts.

Show Your Library Card is a new county-wide program that partners Washington County Library with area businesses. Library cardholders receive unique offers and discounts on goods and services at participating businesses, just by showing their library card. Show Your Library Card deals are offered by season: Fall, Winter/Spring, and Summer. 

For the Summer 2019 season, we've added two new businesses to the program:

• Lake Elmo Coffee - 5% off drip coffee, tea and espresso drinks. Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
• Rapid Press Printing and Copy Center, Inc. - 20% off printing and copies. Maximum discount $50 per day. Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

The program is free for library cardholders, and there is no fee for businesses to participate. Participating businesses are listed on the Washington County Library website, receive promotion through the library’s social media accounts, are included in the seasonal Show Your Library Card brochure, and receive a Show Your Library Card window cling (see attached photo) to indicate their partnership.

The Show Your Library Card program was developed as part of Washington County Library’s on-going efforts to spark opportunity, inspire curiosity, and champion innovation through new programs, events, and offerings. Stillwater Public Library and Bayport Public Library cards are also honored as part of the Show Your Library Card program.
