Join us from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 6, at the Oakdale Library for the first session in a seven-week series. We will explore the benefits of meditation and learn how to make it a part of our daily lives. You’ll experience simple yet effective guided relaxation and meditation techniques to reduce stress, calm your mind and improve the quality of your life. You are welcome to join this class at any point during the series. Ages 15 and up. Registration is not required.
