Join us from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., on Thursday, June 5, at Oakdale Library for the first session of an eight week summer meditation series. Learn to keep cool and calm even as it gets hot outside. Practicing meditation has numerous benefits for your physical and mental health. We will explore these benefits and learn how to make meditation a part of our daily lives during this eight week series. You’ll experience simple yet effective guided relaxation and meditation techniques to reduce stress, calm your mind and improve the quality of your life. You are welcome to join this class at any point during the series. Ages 15 and up.
