[ARCHIVED] Tai Chi at Oakdale Library Wednesdays in March

Join us from 12:30 to 1:15 p.m. on Wednesdays, March 1, 8, 15, 22, at Oakdale Library to practice Tai Chi Chih. All levels of experience and skill are welcome. Tai Chi Chih is a series of simple, slow, repetitive movements that will help you focus on body awareness and ease of movement. Tai Chi Chih will circulate and balance energy in your body. It can be done seated. Release your stress and learn to be in the present moment.
