Many Twin Cities libraries are experiencing this problem. We're working to find a solution, but don't know when we might know more. We'll share updates on social media and here on our website.
Fortunately, issues with the app do not affect your library account, holds, auto-renewals, or current checkouts. You can continue to manage your account and checkouts through our online catalog, which is available on all web browsers and mobile devices.
This also doesn't impact the Libby app, which can still be used to check out digital materials.

Add a Shortcut to the Mobile Catalog on Your Device:
While the app is unavailable, you can search the catalog and access your account on your mobile device.

- Open the catalog at WashCoLib.org/Catalog
- Tap the three-dot Settings icon in the top-right corner of the browser.
- Scroll to select the option Add to Home screen.
- A box called "Add to Home screen" will appear with an option to rename the app.
- Tap Add to complete the steps.
- A new icon will appear on your device's screen. Tap it any time to launch the mobile catalog!
