[ARCHIVED] Library Mobile App Unavailable

black and white image of hand holing a phone. Text reads: Our mobile app is currently unavailable.

The Washington County Library mobile app is not working at this time, due to service issues with our current vendor. As a result, information about your account is likely inaccurate. We're sorry for the disruption of this popular tool!

Many Twin Cities libraries are experiencing this problem. We're working to find a solution, but don't know when we might know more. We'll share updates on social media and here on our website.

Fortunately, issues with the app do not affect your library account, holds, auto-renewals, or current checkouts. You can continue to manage your account and checkouts through our online catalog, which is available on all web browsers and mobile devices.

This also doesn't impact the Libby app, which can still be used to check out digital materials.

For help accessing your account, contact your local library or connect with us online by emailing AskALibrarian@washcolib.libanswers.com. Thank you for understanding!
