Transition to OverDrive

Washington County Library has moved all digital materials – ebooks, eaudiobooks, and digital magazines – to a single collection accessible through OverDrive's Libby app.

You can now access all of our digital content, plus content from all Twin Cities public libraries, through a single collection called MELSA: Twin Cities Metro eLibrary

What should I do to start reading digital content?

  1. Download the Libby app to your device. If you use a Kindle Fire, download the OverDrive app.
  2. Follow the prompts to find the "MELSA: Twin Cities Metro eLibrary" collection and sign in with your Washington County Library card number and PIN. The the default PIN for your account is the last four digits of your phone number.
