Storytimes

StorytimeAt storytimes throughout the county, librarians are promoting the five early literacy practices. Attend storytimes at R.H. Stafford Library for ideas on how you can help your child get ready to read.

  • Baby Storytime
    For children up to 24 months and their caregivers. Enjoy rhymes, songs, toys, and books.
  • Preschool Storytime
    For children preschool through kindergarten age and their caregivers. Siblings welcome. Stories, songs, finger plays, and more to encourage the development of early literacy skills.
  • Toddler Storytime
    For children 2 and 3 years old.

Book Clubs

We have two ongoing book clubs at R.H. Stafford: one for adults and one for teens. We also offer Instant Book Club Kits so you can have a book club anytime and anywhere you like.   • Friday Morning Senior Book Club
    The Friday Morning Senior Book Club meets at 10:30 a.m. the second Friday of each month.

  • R.H. Stafford Library Book Club 
    meets at 6:30 p.m. the first Tuesday of each month. Here is a list of Stafford Book Club selections, past and present (PDF).
  • Teen Book Club 
    meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.

Print at R.H. Stafford Library - From Anywhere!

Send documents to the library's printers and pick them up when you're ready. Items can be sent from your own computer or mobile device at home, in the library, or on the go. 

To pick up your documents, go to the print release terminal near the reference desk within 24 hours of sending. Payment is accepted in the form of cash or coins only.
