Bookawocky for Kids

Bookawocky, our summer reading program, is back! Kids ages 0-12 can have fun and earn rewards by reading and completing literacy activities. Starting Saturday, June 10, kids can pick up a Bookawocky Activity Card at the library and get started on their summer reading adventures. Bookawocky for Teens

Washington County Library is also offering Bookawocky for teens. Teens can pick up a summer reading game card at the library to get started. Complete reading challenges, earn a prize, and enter a drawing for free tickets to the State Fair. Learn more about Teen Summer Reading.

10,000 Experiences at Your Library

Why let kids and teens have all the summer reading fun? This summer, adults have their own summer reading program called 10,000 Experiences at Your Library. Adults can pick up a game card at the library, complete challenges for fun rewards, and enter a grand prize drawing. Learn more about Adult Summer Reading.

Big Truck Day

Everyone is invited to Hardwood Creek Library's "Big Truck Day." There will be a collection of large vehicles, like a fire truck, an ice cream truck, and many more. Kids can learn about these massive machines and even get a chance to climb inside. There will also be entertainment provided by The Teddy Bear Band.
